Duplicating / copying images in DF or Final Cut ?

Hello,
I was wondering what is best practice?
Duplicating multiple images in DF or working in Final Cut.
Both can be used.
For example a freeze frame in DG is simply stretching out an image.
In Final Cut, I add a freeze frame with a keyboard shortcut.

The same with moving multiple images.
Copy / paste in both.
Is it simply a matter of preference?

Hello. Personally, I use Dragonframe to duplicate frames purely for visual perception. After the animation is ready, I record the frames that I duplicated and delete the duplicates. Then I export the frames without duplicates so that I don't waste time on mistaken compositing of duplicates in post-production. Then, having the duplicate recordings on hand, I play them back in post-production
